1. When the phone rings and before you pick it up, visualize who could possibly be calling you.

2. Lay down six different colored pencils. Close your eyes and tell yourself to pick up the blue or red pencil. Open your eyes to see if you are right.

3. Think of a person whom you haven’t spoken with in a while. Focus on them each day for a few minutes. Over the coming weeks they will either call you or you will bump into them in some way.
