casting a circle

when conducting spells you need to cast a circle to keep you grounded and to focus the energy. Here's a simple one i use from Silver Ravenwolf. Say the following...
"I call air for speed
Fire to cleanse
Earth to manifest
Spirit to seal
[you now visualise a circle around your working area. keep your candles within the circle.]
as above, so below.
The circle is cast."

i've used a casting like this but pass sea salt through each element and drew out the circle. always best for fledglings. i have 3 i'm teaching right now.
